Connected industrial equipment and operator app

    Challenge

Operators managed recipes and process parameters per machine, partly on paper and partly in local settings. Runs were hard to trace, changes were hard to roll out across machine generations, and the factory floor had unreliable connectivity.

    Solution

A mobile operator app connected to the equipment over Bluetooth, with digital recipes and parameters, offline-first workflows that sync when a connection returns, secure data exchange, and traceability per run and batch.

    Outcome

    • Recipes and parameters managed digitally per machine
    • Operator workflow keeps working offline, syncs when back online
    • Traceable production runs per batch
    • Controlled rollout across several machine generations

    Sensor-enabled product monitoring platform

    Challenge

Installed products gave no operational feedback once delivered. Service was reactive, operating history lived in people’s memory, and there was no data foundation for new service offerings.

    Solution

Sensors and RFID-style identification on the product, a gateway and cloud platform for ingestion and storage, live dashboards, alerting, operating history per product, and support for predictive maintenance.

    Outcome

    • Live operational visibility per installed product
    • Alerts routed to service instead of discovered on site
    • Operating history available for warranty and maintenance
    • A data foundation for data-driven service offerings

    Business workflow automation platform

    Challenge

Requests, approvals, and handovers between teams ran through email, phone, and spreadsheets. Work got lost between departments, follow-up depended on chasing, and nobody could see the status of a request end to end.

    Solution

A workflow platform that routes requests, approvals, and task handovers, handles exceptions explicitly, and integrates with the systems already in use — with clear ownership and status at every step.

    Outcome

    • Fewer manual handovers between teams
    • Every request traceable from intake to closure
    • Exceptions surfaced instead of lost
    • Faster follow-up on operational requests
